What it is
With a small team I build and run the internal operations platform of a real estate franchise, covering offices, brokerage, agents, listings, and transactions. It is a Next.js app on Supabase/Postgres with a 9-role RBAC enforced in row-level security, a concurrency-safe commission engine, e-signature and document pipelines, a multi-phase onboarding workflow, and three-environment CI/CD with migration gates and integration tests. I have authored 56% of its commits.
