My bare‑metal server
One dedicated box that runs everything I ship: Raidium, its OCR service, the Pickleball GenSan backend, Nextmarket Sniper, and the monitoring, error tracking, analytics, and invoicing behind them.
- 41 services running
- 17 sites behind one proxy
- 32 GB RAM on 8 cores
- 4 of my own products live here
A dedicated 8-core server with two SSDs in a RAID1 mirror, running Debian, that I set up in February 2026 and have run since. Coolify deploys my apps from a git push to main and builds them in Docker; NGINX and Certbot terminate TLS in front of 17 sites. Uptime Kuma, GlitchTip, and Umami are self-hosted on the same box, so I get uptime checks, Sentry-style error reports, and visitor analytics without paying a vendor. Freelance invoicing runs on InvoicePlane, which has no webhooks, so a small bash script on a systemd timer polls its database every 5 minutes and posts new payments into Sure, my finance tracker. SSH is key-only on a non-default port.
- Coolify deploys from a git push: build, container, domain, and TLS in one step
- NGINX reverse proxy with Certbot certificates in front of 17 sites
- Self-hosted OCR microservice (FastAPI + EasyOCR) for Raidium's attendance screenshots
- Uptime Kuma, GlitchTip (Sentry-compatible), and Umami, all self-hosted
- InvoicePlane to Sure payment sync: a bash script on a 5-minute systemd timer
- PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Valkey behind the apps, with pgAdmin over them
